About Patrick J. Fracisco

Pat has earned a reputation for helping clients make informed decisions and achieve results. Growing up, he spent many days in and around his family's Livermore real estate office where he learned the importance of integrity, strong relationships, and proper follow-up. These principles have guided him throughout his career.

A real estate industry veteran, Pat has a deep understanding of the local market for residential and investment real estate.  His background is unique as it combines in-depth local knowledge, extensive experiences  structuring and closing deals, and effective communication skills making him well-suited to help clients navigate the changing and often competitive Bay Area real estate market.

Prior to entering the real estate industry, Pat worked at Oracle and IBM.  Pat has a masters degree in business from Georgetown University, and a bachelor's degree from California Polytechnic University, San Luis Obispo. While at Cal Poly, he played intercollegiate basketball.
