Meet Patrick
Patrick J. Fracisco has earned a reputation for helping clients make informed decisions and achieve results. Pat was born and raised in Livermore and Pleasanton, respectively. Growing up, he spent many days in and around his family's local real estate office where he learned the importance of integrity, building relationships, and proper follow up. These principles have guided him throughout his career.
Licensed since 1990, Pat has a deep understanding of the local market for both residential and investment real estate. His background is unique, as it combines a deep local knowledge, with extensive professional selling experiences, and effective communication skills, all making him well-suited to help clients navigate the changing and often-complex Bay Area real estate market.
Prior prior to joining his family’s business, he held sales and management positions with IBM. His educational background includes a degree from Cal Poly San Luis Obispo and an MBA from Georgetown. While at Cal Poly, he played intercollegiate basketball.
