About John E. Fracisco

John E. Fracisco is a REALTOR and Property Manager who brings strong analytical skills, energy and enthusiasm as the newest member of Fracisco Realty & Investments. A fourth generation member of his family’s business, John has learned the importance of careful attention to detail, acting with urgency, and effective communication.

Previously, John developed his professional skills in Deloitte’s audit practice, where he worked with investment and real estate firms.  John earned a Masters’ in Data Analytics and Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from the University of Southern California. While at USC, he was a proud member of  the Sigma Chi fraternity, Alpha Upsilon chapter.

In his free time, John enjoys playing golf.  He is an accomplished golfer who enjoys competing in local, state and national events.  John is a member of the Olympic Club, where he presently sits on its admissions committee.
